We have over 27 years of experience in the
performing arts industry covering all aspects of
management, touring, fundraising, consulting, and
humanities-based programming at home and abroad.
Artsource Management has been chosen to coordinate
five National Dance Project (NDP) tours and one
American Masterpieces Dance (AMD) tour over the past
ten seasons. Artists currently represented include
BalletX, Delfos Dance Company, Ririe-Woodbury Dance
Company (plus the Alwin Nikolais repertory), Robert
Michaels, Onix/Lumínico, and Teatro De Ciertos
Habitantes. Our consulting assignments have included
Africa Exchange, the Arts International
Contextualization/Translation project, and a variety
of international arts management workshops (see past
projects). Several of our artists and tours have
received substantial tour support and funding from
ArtésAmericas.
Since 2008, we have partnered with Frontera Arts,
based in Austin, TX. Frontera Arts is an innovative
consulting company that explores the borders and
frontiers of the performing arts by creating new
connections in the field. Established in 2007 and
based on 20 years experience, Frontera Arts grew out
of an awareness of the need to sustain, develop, and
expand cross cultural relationships and
communication between the United States and Latin
America as well as within the United States.
Artsource Management has independently created and
produced a variety of dance and theatrical
performances, needs assessments and design plans for
small community-based arts centers, plus community
cultural inventories, and audience surveys for
performing arts and public broadcasting
organizations. We have been represented on panels
for Arts Midwest, the Durham Arts Council, North
Carolina Arts Council, the Lila Wallace-Reader's
Digest Arts Partners Program, Mid Atlantic Arts
Foundation, Arts International, the Western Arts
Alliance and other organizations.
Artsource Management LLC is a member of the North
American Association of Performing Arts Managers and
Agents (NAPAMA), the Association of Performing Arts
Presenters (APAP), the Western Arts Alliance, the
North Carolina Presenters Consortium, PA Presenters, Ohio Arts Presenters Network (OAPN), NC
